A Local Team with Local Values

The development team is a joint venture between the Falconi Companies and the Joseph J. Corcoran Company, two family-run businesses that call Milton home. Together, combining generations of collective experience, we will deliver a project that our town can be proud of.

Since 2015 the town has been studying where and how to improve housing solutions while also improving and activating the main commercial retail district in East Milton Square - both the Master Plan and the subsequent Urban Land Institute Study recommend increased density in the Square - As development is inevitable - our local team engaged in an effort to implement the recommendations from these studies and realize the vision set out for East Milton.

We are committed to working with the community to achieve our shared goals, including:

  • Increased housing options for those looking to call Milton home or those who are looking for an opportunity to stay.

  • Providing the town with a feasible project to realize the vision set out in our 2015 Master Plan

  • Improving the experience and opportunity for businesses, shops and restaurants in the square

Significant Progress Towards Housing Goals

Chapter 40B mandates that Massachusetts cities and towns provide at least 10% of their housing stock designated as affordable— for Milton, that should be 964 units, but the town currently only has 481 units (5%) on the Subsidized Housing Inventory (SHI).

All units in this development would count towards Milton’s affordable housing need, for almost 1% on the SHI.
